Shipping
- Flat $6 shipping per order, however many items you buy.
- Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Where we ship: currently the United States only.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us and we'll sort it out.
The 90-Night Sleep Trial
Sleep on your Cloud Cradle™ for up to 90 nights from the day it's delivered. If you're not sleeping better, we'll refund you.
- Email us at ianarielk@gmail.com within 90 nights of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Send the pillow back using the instructions provided. Please return it clean and with its cover.
- Once we receive it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Good to know:
- The $6 shipping fee and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Keep the free Silk Dream Mask, it's yours.
- One trial per customer. Bundles: each pillow can be returned individually.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
