12-Month Warranty

Every Cloud Cradle™ is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

• Seams or stitching coming apart under normal use
• Broken zips
• Faulty adjustable band or connector
• Filling that clumps or goes flat within the warranty period under normal use

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as fabric pilling or softening over time
• Damage from misuse, pets, accidents or not following the care instructions
• Stains, or damage from bleach, hot washes or tumble-drying on high heat
• The free Silk Dream Mask (gift items aren't covered)

How to make a claim

1. Email ianarielk@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo.
2. We'll review your claim within 1–2 business days.
3. If it's approved, we'll send a replacement pillow or cover at no cost to you.

Care instructions

Remove the cover and machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Don't wash the inner pillow in a machine; spot clean only.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.
